A nurse recruiter called to setup an interview by phone and setup a time for the following week. The nurse manager and a staff nurse conducted the interview which lasted about half an hour. I got a call about a week and a half later with a job offer.

The interview process was straightforward, expectations were set and scheduling questions were asked. Not much too it, the manager was kind. Scheduling for PRN was 2 days a week per manager but hospital required 1 shift every week or 4 shifts in 4 weeks
