Application for the position was submitted online. About one week later I received and email invitation to complete web based recorder interview. Few practice questions were offered to help to be familiar with the format of web-recorder interview. During the practice questions up to 30 seconds were allotted to prepare the answer. However, during actual interview questions, those 30 seconds were not given.

interview was via video call with 4 to 5 people from different unit. most of the questions were situational so be prepared to know basic pharm and nursing interventions. duration of the interview was around 15-20 mins.

Interview was held via Google Meets. It was a panel style with about 5 different people (hiring managers, recruiters, etc). There were basic, situational and scenario questions. (The scenario questions were specific to the unit being interviewed for.)
