Applied to the job on the company's website and 1 week later received a call from the recruiter. She asked me about my experience and why I wanted to work at Glendale, then she gave me some details about the department and invited me for an interview with the manager. The job interview was sort of informal, with only the nurse educator and a nursing supervisor, in addition to the manager. It lasted less than 30 minutes, and concluded by giving me a tour around the department.
