I sat down with the Director, an Assistant, and two Staff Pharmacist for a formal interview lasting approximately 30 minutes. Most questions were scenario based from pre-determined set witha few clinical questions.

If you could ask one question, what would it be and why?
The scheduling email was sent to me last minute, which was the day before we were supposed to interview. I did not get confirmation for the initial interview until the day of. Then, I was ghosted after the interview and even sent a follow-up email with no response from them.
It was a pretty good interview process. My interviewers were informative and nice. I met some of the team members and toured the facility. There were a few clinical questions and some behavioral questions.

I interviewed with the management team and it was a good experience overall. The interviewers provided a tour of the facility at the end. The team members who were around were welcoming.
