I got a call to schedule an interview about 7 weeks after I applied for the position. It was an in person interview with the nurse manager and clinical coordinator. It was a very pleasant interview. The interview was on a Tuesday and they told me they will let me know by the end of the week for the results but I received an offer the day after my interview.

My interview was done online virtually via Microsoft Teams. The interview process was pretty easy, more conversational and very quick. It took roughly 15 minutes. I was called back three hours later and offered the position.
