The interview was a 3 step procedure. First interview was with the hr about some common question like about yourself, strength, salary expectations etc. second one was an online test exam and third one was technical round about DSA, mysql, software performance etc.

I recently had an experience with Adventure Dhaka that left me quite disappointed. After applying online, I received a call from their HR and a meeting was scheduled. Unfortunately, the interaction was less than professional. The HR representative was unresponsive and not particularly friendly. During our video call, I had my camera on, but the HR person did not turn theirs on, nor did they offer to let me adjust my video settings. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was off-putting.
When I asked for more details about the position, the HR representative criticized me for not reading the job description thoroughly, despite being unable to provide any specifics about it themselves. Additionally, when I inquired about negative reviews on Glassdoor, the HR person was unaware of them, which further added to the sense of disorganization. It seems clear that Adventure Dhaka’s HR team could benefit from improving their professionalism and responsiveness.
