It's a straightforward process. They give you an hour to write a sample, and if they love your writing, you're good to go. The only way that you can't land this job is if you can't produce solid written work amounting to 500 words or so in an hour.

I honestly don't even remember the interview questions. I remember having an hour to write a piece about natural stone patios, and that is all I can recall.
