Interview process was quite standard. 1) Initial phone screening 2) Home assignment(Data querying api) 3) Tech interview. Was really good. There were questions about previous experience as also overall questions about different decisions from you past or home assignment. Also we had conversation about working ways and patterns. However interview process is standard it is very well organized. All involved people were polite and I got terrific expirience during our conversantions. About Adverity: Really good place to work. I got feeling that people are treated well and your word will be heard. As also here you will find greate teachnical chalange to grow your self. People are true gem of this company! Sad that I had to decline offer because I have decided to move my carrer in diffrent direction, but this was really hard choise.
