Started with 15-minute phone screening- really uncomfortable and direct, was asked not to ask questions regarding the position, a continuous line of questions rather than a conversation. Was told the next round would be a 75-minute teams meeting
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our initial phone screens are intentionally kept brief and structured so that we can cover essentials while respecting each candidate's time. We understand our phone screens are more direct than a traditional phone interview. The longer conversation is where we dive deeper into the role and encourage as many questions as the candidate would like.
Initial call with the hiring manager and then had a 1.5-hour call. Looking for a very specific person. Upon reading reviews, I have seen numerous people who completed over 6 hours of interviews and received no offer. They told me they selected someone else and have proceeded to repost the job posting several times since. Pay is below average as well.

Our Advisor-in-Training role is an entry level position with a clear path toward becoming a full Advisor. While the starting compensation reflects a training role, there is a significant increase in pay as individuals grow into becoming an Advisor.

Phone screen followed by a zoom interview with hiring manager and 2 managers. Interviews were done very professionally and were personality based questions. They want you to have a very specific personality in order to fit the position
