I went through two rounds of interviews. First, with just the hiring manager and then with an assorted team of management and people with similar roles. Everything was remote as COVID was still raging, but I got more green flags than red. Hiring manager was very easy to work with and had reasonable expectations.

I was mostly asked about my experience with instrumentation and knowledge of the subject the role was about. I was given a few general hypotheticals.
