Two rounds of interviews. First round on work experience, motivation to join consulting business. Second round were focus on fit with the team in terms of skills, culture and attitude.
The interview process was quite straight forward and relied heavily on referrals from other specialists in the field. The Questions were not technical in nature but more of a polar type (yes/no). Overall was an easy interview but expected due to the early career level.
