Basic phone interview with lots of questions about my resume and my personal ideas of myself. Started off with walking her through my resume and explaining things point by point. Seemed pretty standard to me. How did I see myself fitting into ABC? What are my greatest strengths and weaknesses? etc, etc. The interview lady was very nice and personable though! Still waiting to hear back!
