Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Advocate Construction nel mese di ott 2012

Colloquio

Advocate Construction has a four phase interview process. The first interview is a phone interview with management. The second interview is short focusing of skills and general aptitude. The third interview is a live in the field interview to look at a day in the life of a sales person. The Fourth interview is an offer and explanation of the on-boarding process.

Brief phone interview Followed by a quick face to face interview Then a "ride along interview" where you are trapped with the interviewer who taking you to a territory Where you watch some poor schlub knock on door and try to convince them that the have "snow/ice damage" and they could file an insurance claim. I could not get out of that guy's car fast enough If you are a serious salesman not a scam artist RUN AWAY

This is definitely not a review of our company. We do not conduct "ride along interviews". To my knowledge there is no insurance coverage for "snow/ice damage", so that would not be a part of our interview process. Also, the job opening this reviewer is referring to was created 2 days ago. We haven't even started the phone interview phase for this opening so we certainly haven't performed any in person interviews yet. There is another construction company with a similar sounding name and that may have confused the reviewer, or this is just totally fabricated.
