First two rounds were more behavior questions, asking about cultural fit and Adyen's formula. Case study was to analyze data and make a presentation. Not a single round with HR, not even knowing the range of salary in the first place, nor in their JD. During the case study, global lead was oftentimes with his computer, felt like not even listening to the presentation. The team lead gave constructive feedback and asked insightful questions. After a week of waiting, HR called to reject the application, with the reason of not providing business-focus presentation, which is never mentioned in the instruction of the case study. On top of that, the way HR talked gives the sensation that she could not care less and just wanted to close the call as soon as possible.
