It's a thorough interview process. You first meet with the team lead and a Senior AM. If you pass that round, they'll have you prepare a presentation or "case study," and finally they'll have you meet two COs within the company. Overall, it was one of the best interview processes I've been through. Even though I wasn't given an offer, I have incredible respect for the company and the people that work there.

How do you think you would handle talking with international customers and adjusting your communication style based on the different regions you'd be working with?
Standard case study - gave me a scenario around a situation and I responded using the Adyen Formula. The process was designed to test the way you think and if you are able to embrace the Adyen formula. Knowledge and culture fit check.

Clear and good process, knew what to expect. Process stated like on the website. Friendly contact with recruiter, but could've been a bit more responsive. Was nice getting to know the colleagues/team so fast.

Screen call with interviewer, call with team, take home case and final presentation. The process is overall pretty straight forward. You have a PoC on Adyen's side and their pretty responsive too. Had to go to the office to present my final case.
