I applied through a job portal. I am from India so I first got a video test which was very easy and some basic questions were asked like why you want to come to Netherlands. Then I got a codility test having java and sql tests which were tricky but not difficult. Then couple of more interviews technical and cultural rounds and finally I was asked to visit Adyen office in Amsterdam and had 2 more interviews - 1 technical, 1 managerial followed by a discussion with HR. Adyen HR is really good and cooperative. The way they booked tickets and made all travel arrangements was really impressive. Office environment was quite positive when I visited for my final rounds.
