Screening round with two developers, codility task, technical interview which I failed to pass. and more after that.
Be prepared to questions like "Describe the project you are proud of" (be prepared to talk a lot about it), "What are your strength and weaknesses", "Why did you choose Adyen" (this one actually can be asked multiple times on each stage :)

I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.

Pretty standard in tech company in NL. This what was the recruiter told me:
- Apply through job portal
- Recruiter call
- Tech interviews
- Offer
I failed after some interviews and no feedback despite asking
Eliminated at Recruiter screening, apparently I did not answer what the recruiter wanted to hear exactly, they come with a script that they read and I suppose your answer is also written in the script, fail to say the keywords and they elimnate you.
Recruiter clearly was on a rush and did not even explain next steps properly.
