Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Adyen (Singapore) nel mese di apr 2022
Colloquio
I applied directly to their careers page. The recruiter reached out a few days later. He asked about my past experiences, shared with me more about Adyen's culture and his experience working there. He also briefed me on the next steps which I thought was nice.
About two days later, I spoke with the team. It was a nice convesation where we got into the more technical stuff - projects etc. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. It was a frutiful discussion.
About three hours after the team round, I received a hackerrank challenge. Found it to be interesting but I felt I didn't do too well on the test and this was confirmed during the skills interview. Nonetheless, the team gave me constructive feedback and shared where I was lacking.
Overall, I am grateful for the opportunity and although I did not make it through, I still found the experience to be a positive one.
Word of advice: Do your homework on their culture, read up a little about their products and be prepared to provide concrete examples during the interviews.
Pretty smooth experience, recruiter was very good, 5 rounds in total, online test, screening, DSA, system Design, leadership discussion, global leadership round, which was with CTO of adyen,so great overall

I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.
