It was a pretty negative experience. I only went to the HR interview, then got sorted out. The interviewer came about 20min late, then told me that he’s gonna try to keep this interview as short as possible (not necessarily bad I guess). Then he asked very general questions like “tell me about yourself” and seemed unsatisfied with my answer but also didn’t ask a single follow-up question or for me to specify anything throughout the whole interview. He also gave me an ironic sounding “interesting” after most answers. When I asked my questions at the end of the interview he talked for a really long time but didn’t actually answer my questions.
I think if you’re generally good at HR interviews you can manage, but I felt like my specific interviewer was quite disrespectful.

After paper application got approval, initial screening by recruiter is the following, Applicants can pick up the date and time that work for them. But I failed and don't have the chance to get to next step. So my advice for anyone is book the time slot that you feel you are really ready.

what part can your previous experience apply to this position?
Very fast response from HR but there are too many stages (four or five) that are not very useful and conducted by unexperienced employees. Two interviews conducted by HR and leaders would be enough.

Processo de entrevista extremamente longo, com várias entrevistas com os mesmos questionamentos de pessoas diferentes, etapas de form geral desnecessárias. Muito cansativo e frustrante do lado do candidato. O feedback não te ajuda em nada e não mostra o que poderia ser melhorado.
