This is the most poor and chaotic communications between hiring manager and recruiter I have encountered. There is no follow-up as promised from the hiring manager, despite I emailed them a few times.

Domanda 1
1, experience; 2, foreseen blocks in the role; 3, salary expectations.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Adyen nel mese di mar 2025
Colloquio
I applied online, and recrutier setup first call fairly quickly. I'm not sure about the whole process, as I didn't proceed after the recruiter round. The recruiter was robotic and to a certain extent rude. When I asked about her cultural experience, she said the culture is same throughout the company. If I read the Adyen formula,I would know. One Culture consistency is a myth, she is either very junior or ignorant. When I asked about the process, she said luckily we have a lot of candidates that apply for this role. I'm not sure why she had to put it this way.

Tell m about yourself. Why did you apply for this role.?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 5 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Adyen
Colloquio
Basically 5 rounds of interviews before getting an offer from HR > Hiring Manager > Take home assignment > Team member > CEO > Offer. The whole process is quite automated that you would only receive an automated email to select your available time for an appointment. No much interaction or calls in between.

Domanda 1
The case assignment is relevant to the post but the follow-up interview that comes after the assignment is quite disorganized. No feedback or questions on the assignment at all.
