I only got 2 rounds: -interview with Recruiter, was asked the general questions, with emphasis on Why Adyen, What did you like the most in your career, What did you do at each role -interview with recruiter and Hiring Manager, had only 2 tasks- to create a hiring strategy + to explain how and why I would prioritise in a particular way the recruitment leads So very general questions, the rejection reason was because I didn’t say that I would take some actions that were my strengths, clearly described in my resume, yet also in the 1st interview. So superficial approach to interviewing that leads to lack of possibility for the person interviewed to be good. For me, only average people would pass it, so maybe average people they need

Had a first interview, the recruiter had their camera off the entire time. At the end of the interview I was told they would share my CV with the hiring manager and get their feedback... I was later rejected as they were looking for someone with more experience. Wasted my time with the interview.
