I had my first interview with HR, but unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The HR representative had a rather unfriendly and indifferent attitude. Throughout the interview, they didn’t seem engaged or interested, which gave me the impression that they weren’t taking the process seriously. I expected a more candidate-focused and professional approach, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. I hope they improve their interview experience to be more welcoming and engaging in the future.

Colloquio
It was more like an informal chat than an interview in which we both quickly realized that I wasn’t the right fit for the role. In general it was a pleasant conversation albeit that I felt there was little room for changing the interviewers mind about my experience.
