Recruiter deelde alle info bij telefonische gesprekken. Ze was echt niet te bereiden via email. Recruitment proces was te ingewikkeld en bestond uit zoooo veel stappen en case study. Je moet echt te veel tijd investeren en de communicatie is niet altijd duidelijk.

Adyen has strong values and kind people. I didn't have great candidate experience or communication from the Recruiting Team. I didn't hear about next steps for almost 2 full weeks, and when I did it was after I followed up for a second time. My interviews were the next day, and no confirmation was sent.
