The recruiter keeps on talking and don't let you explain your profile or your experience and keeps on interrupting and only telling about the company. I don't think he knows what he is doing. Please change your approach to hiring

Honestly they are still trying to brand themself in India, but they have no experience in managing candidates. I am still not sure If I am selected or NOT. I have not gotten any response even after messaging/emailing them.
Their core principle is on "not hiding behind email", but sadly they do not follow their own principle.
I am sure there are not 1000 ppl that they are currently hiring, but they shud do better enagagement if they have plans to set up here in Bengaluru. If the TAs are not happy with the process what do you expect from SWEs.
Atleast have honest communication , even if its reject we can handle it. No communication to candidates talk more about company culture

A third party search company contacted me for a Recruiting team lead position at Adyen. It took over a month for someone at Adyen to contact me even though two weeks after my profile was submitted, I was told that Adyen was interested in moving forward. On the day of my interview, the other Recruiting Leader that was doing the initial screen calls was 10 mins late for our call. Once they called me, they gave me a rundown of the role, and company, and continued talking for another hour. In the last 10 mins of the call, they asked a couple of questions and when it was my turn to ask questions, they said: "Sorry I have a hard stop, please send your questions via email and I will get back to you". Naturally, I was both turned off and surprised but I sent my questions anyway. Since then, I have not received a response to the email I sent, or a rejection email to my application. As a Talent Acquisition Leader, I want to mention that this was by far, the worst candidate experience I have had and I will not be recommending Adyen to anyone in my network.
