Calling during 20 minutes. Recruitment ask me info abou myself and simple questions about my experience . I don't understand why have been rejected with a simple call. Maybe my English it's not perfect or asking highest salary. But send email a email where I'm not coinciding with offer. Very strange.

Terrible experience with the whole process, a complete waste of time.
A + 1 month interview process only to get reject at the last step not for lack of technicall skills, but because of a mismatch between the role that was offered to me and my actual goals/capabilites, a mismatch that was clear from the very start (the recruiter was aware) and something that I stated multiple times during the interviews. They need to get better at how the pick candidates and to set "deal breakers" at the start of the process, not in the end after 5 interviews. In the end, a completely avoidable waste of time.
