It was a 5 steps process, starting from talent acquisition call, peers interview, 2 managers interview, head of department and finally a VPs one. I reached the head one, and still don't figure what can possibly please them. I believed it went well until I received a generic feedback telling me that I lacked of experience (for a position that didn't require any in the offer). I contacted the talent acquisition in charge of me to request a detailed feedback, as I did not understand the generic one. I didn't get any answer. So basically, I reached the stage 4, "lacking of experience", but yet all the previous ones let me through.
