Initial phone screen by an employee in HR. Invited to another group interview with a Human Resources recruiter and a senior project coordinator. The interview question were standard behavioral questions.

Typical behavioral interview, they call you to let you know they are interested and proceed to ask you a couple of questions about your career aspirations and why you want to work for Aecon (almost like a little trial interview). This is with HR person usually, and I was actually offered this interview for project coordinator based on my answer, even though i applied for a completely different position.
Actual interview was conducted between the same HR person and the project manager i was going to report to.
If applying to the nuclear industry, you will be asked if you currently have or will be able to attain a type 2 security clearance.
