I went through a consultancy, its really easy to crack the rounds. There are 4 rounds of interview. First round will be basic screening in English to check your communication skills. Second round will be the same basic screening process in your regional language since it is a domestic process. Third will be aptitude test which is really easy and final will be operations, again its really simple.
Interview process has three rounds, technical, PM round and IT head round on Skype. Good thing was technical and PM round done on the same day. then 2- 3 days later a skype call gets scheduled with IT head for the final round, this round contains more of the HR sort of question like why do you want to join us etc.

Interview process was fairly simple. First you will be up for an HR round where he will review your resume and ask general questions. HR round is followed by a couple of rounds from the company representatives who will ask you a few questions and give you a random topic to write and essay on. This is followed by an online english test.
