Relaxing and inviting. Very low stress. The place looked fabulous and smelled clean. My soon-to-be boss sat down with me on their couch, in the dining area, and we did the whole interview there! Immediately after the interview I did the integrity test. It was a very pleasing process that took about an hour to an hour and a half!
I had a phone interview with the recruiter, it was super casual and she was really enthusiastic. I then had another call with her to determine my availability and location. Then I met with the head care coordinator of the facility and had an "interview" but I basically had the job before walking in due to staffing issues.

Quick interview process. Easy questions. Bring your resume and two forms of ID. Be prepared to get TB test and COVID-19 tests as soon as possible. Paperwork isn’t electronic. So be prepared to manually fill out forms after forms. Not too bad though.

The interview was relaxed and more of a conversation between myself and the Director. My previous experience guided me towards my answers. The interviewer was optimistic about my future learning as it was something relatively new which helped ease any nerves.
