The process started well and I had a screening call then a domain interview with 2 people who really knew what they were doing. Then I had a call with the head of software which went well as well but after that it was silent for 2-3 weeks. Then I received an invitation for one more interview with 2 more people which went well and then I received nothing for 2 weeks. When I asked they told me they will let me know asap. Then 1 month passed and had nothing so I sent them an email asking about it. Then 1-2 weeks later I received a message from one of the engineers (not even the HR) telling me they moved with someone else. The whole HR process was a mess. Communication was bad.

I got hired in 2017 in Wrocław. Process was very short and simple back then. Company was just starting in Poland. Full process took a few weeks: 1) initial interview with recruiter 2) homework (very simple task) via email 3) face to face tech interview with CTO Tech interview was a conversation about my past projects, technologies I know, and how this can contribute to the project. No puzzles, no brain teasers etc. I got an offer in the same meeting. I know that that the recruitment process got harder and longer afterwards.
