The interview took place in two pieces: A preliminary, generalized screening interview to make sure you qualify as a company-compatible employee, and a secondary site interview with mid-level management that would be more of your typical final round of interviewing. Only complaint I have is the first interview I had was nearly 6 months apart from the second interview. There wasn't much communication on if I had "passed" the first one, so at one point I had thought perhaps I was rejected or forgotten.
