Colloquio
Fairly straightforward process. I was on a very tight schedule, and they were able to breeze through the process very quickly (just one week between the onsite and accepting my offer). This is probably faster than normal, but the recruiter did mention that they wanted to move as fast as possible too.
Stage 1: Applied online, and a recruiter reached out about a month or so later with a HackerRank assessment. The assessment itself was fairly straightforward (mix of algorithm questions and SQL) but there were some technical difficulties with accessing the test that took some time to get resolved.
Stage 2: Screening call with the recruiter who spoke about the company and the position, and then scheduled a phone screen with the hiring manager.
Stage 3: Phone screen with the hiring manager. This was a 30-40 minute call where he spoke about the company, discussed stuff on the resume and asked a couple of algorithm questions using a HackerRank codepair. Overall it was fairly straightforward, and I was invited for an onsite.
Stage 4: Onsite at their Mountain View office. I was given a schedule the day prior and was greeted by the recruiter on the day of the interview. After a brief conversation, I met with five people. The interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral (although there was slightly more focus on the behavioral aspect). Once again, pretty straightforward and I was informed the next day that they'd be making an offer.

Signed NDA. Focus on algorithms and SQL, know your resume thoroughly and most importantly, read up about the company and the product.
Most unprofessional recruiter ever. The recruiter from aera reached me to set up a call with her. I gave my availability and waited for her call. On the appointed time I waited for the call but after 15 mins recieved a message that she was running late and will call me soon. Waited for 1 hour but didn't recieved her call. After which she called me and asked if I am available the following evening. I said yes but again she didn't called me during that time. Instead she dropped me a message to set up call the following day. I agreed again, but never recieved a call even on the next day. From that day she even stopped replying to my emails. I hate such people who dosen't care about the time of others. I already had multiple offers at that time, but thought that the work was maybe good at Aera. But I was completely wrong, such unprofessional people work at aera.
