Colloquio
Was very easy just told them my history, asked lots of questions. There wasn't alot to it since the person interviewing didn't know much about the position. It was kind of a harbringer for things to come and my 6 months working at the place was really rough

I asked them more questions that they asked me. It was a piece of cake Im not sure they seemed really unprepared for it all. Like deer in headlights they had no idea what they were asking

I applied online and was contacted via email for a phone interview. After a brief phone interview, they asked me to come to their headquarters and I interviewed in the conference room. I spoke with their Project Lead and the VP and owner. I then was given a tour of the facility and got to see the current projects. A few days after that, HR sent me a job offer via email and I accepted.

Applied trough LinkedIn, Recruiter contacted me, set up a phone interview. In which I described my current role and experience. Then set up on site interview which was similar. Just met senior staff and discussed my work history and projects, not even slightly technical if I remember correctly. Dont remember details but they did show me around the facilities. Did not get a chance to talk to my would be peers, which I assumed was a bit strange.
Got an offer but turned it down because benefits seemed rather paltry for an engineering job and they would not budge an inch on PTO. 10 days Vacation, 5? sick days and only 7 Holidays. Had a SimpleIRA (max $12,000/yr) with 3% match but the funds available had atrocious fees 2-4% off the top alone. Can't say much about Med or Dental.
