I applied online and was contacted by an Internal Recruiter via email who proceeded to set up a phone screen. Following the phone screen I was scheduled to meet one on one with the local office manager for a very informal, 1 hour interview. I was again contacted by the Internal Recruiter who set up a separate group panel interview with members of the office staff from the same local office. I declined the position before my group panel interview. I found the whole process a bit unprofessional. The Internal Recruiter would not return calls or emails and the process dragged on much longer than it needed to be.
