Applied online, and received a call within the week from a recruiter. I was asked about graduating from college and whatnot. An interview was set up and an email was sent, asking for references to confirm the appointment. At the interview, we talked about the things he saw on my resume and what was relative in which position I was looking for. He said he liked what he saw and told me he'd be touch to give me job offers (and made it important to save his number). He also said that I should quit my current job if I'm working weekdays. It's been about a month now, and I have not received one word after that. I've been able to get job offers from posts I've responded off Craigslist, so you're probably better off there. He did give some interview and resume tips that I thought were helpful. Other than that, the whole process was a waste of time.
