I spoke with the same girl about three times. The first time we talked about my current situation and what I was doing. I think it was just to get to know me and see if I was even looking for work. The phone interview went well. She helped me along the way with the behavioural questions- told me that I would likely be asked similar questions in my interview with the office manager. She gave me honest answers to my questions. I asked about the work hours and work life balance because that is all I read about on glass door. She gave me her honest opinion and told me that they do worker longer than normal hours but the reward is there.
