The process begins with submitting your information and resume to the Aerotek job site. I was then called by an internal recruiter and she spoke with me about my interests, goals, desired salary, commute, hours of availability etc. After she thought I was a good fit she invited me to visit her for an in person interview with just herself.
During the 1v1 interview we met briefly and once again went over my skills, work history, salary desires, hours I can work etc. She then asked me behavioral questions such as "describe a time where..." she was very friendly and casual with questions. After our conversation she showed me around the office. It was a great chance to see the office in person and see how I felt about the location.
After she felt I was still a fit, she invited me back to meet with a manager and their team lead. During that part it was it just the manager and the team lead and they asked a series of behavioral questions. Pretty generic questions.
After they both reached back out to the internal recruiter with their feedback, the recruiter scheduled me for a "half day shadow." Which was about 2 hours and they let me meet some of the member of the potential team I would be joining. It allowed me to ask them any questions and watch what they do all day. During that half day it also allows the team to see how engaged you are and what your communication skills are like. If you are on your phone and not acting like you're interested they will take that at face value and say you probably aren't a fit.
Best advice would be to use the sheets the recruiter sends to you with prep, know about Aerotek as a company, act engaged during anything in person and be very friendly since you talk to potential job seekers all day about why they should work with you.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
