I had an internal recruiter reach out to me about my resume so I applied for the job. I spoke with the recruiter about the position and then didn’t hear from him for over a week. I then got an email about another phone interview about a week and a half later. He told me he wanted to set up a face to face interview at the office, but then again I never heard from him. I would call and email to follow up and got nothing. I then got an email about a week later about a possible interview time he was trying to set up, but would let me know once it was confirmed. Once again, never heard from him. He called me 10 minutes before this proposed time asking me if I was there. I told him no because he never confirmed the time. He then set up another interview for the end of that week for me. This one was confirmed by him so I went. The recruiter didn’t tell me who I was meeting with nor did he help me prepare for my interview like he told me he would. I felt very unprepared going in and throughout the entire process even though I did all of my research on the company. I was told that I would hear from him by Tuesday the following week since my recruiter was out of town. I never heard from him until about a week and a half later with an email saying they had found a better candidate. All in all just a horrible experience.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
