A short first phone interview about some qualifications, then a second interview specifically about your resume, and then and on site interview. I declined before the on site interview. The recruiter became aggressive with getting me the position. I got emails about how to prepare for the interview using the STAR method with resources and walk through and then calls when i did not respond timely.

Initial process took about 3 weeks to get started. This is due to the recruiter being unresponsive with trying to schedule a phone interview. We would go back and forth (via email) on what days worked for me to get on the phone since I am currently employed until one day I finally decided to pick up the phone and called the recruiter. We were able to schedule an interview the next day.
After the phone screen with the recruiter, she asked me for availability for in person interview the VP of business ops. I gave her my availability (a few days out) and she did not confirm the interview until the day prior to the interview date. This was a little foreign to me since most recruiters/recruiting coordinators are VERY responsive and want to get your phone interviews/interviews scheduled ASAP.
The interview with the VP was brutally honest. He drilled down to the nitty gritty of your experience and let me know the culture of the company. He said the culture is VERY competitive and VERY high in feedback, which sometimes can come off as harsh.
I really appreciated his honesty because this help me decide my next steps. I declined to move forward with the next step (half day shadow) because this was not a healthy work environment I wanted to be in.

1. I applied to a job posting on Indeed.com for the entry level recruiter position
2. I was contacted by a internal recruiter for a phone screen.
3. After the phone screen, I went to the field office in Charleston and interviewed with the Account Manager of the OPR account and the Director of Business Operations. It lasted for about an hour. They ask a lot of behavioral and open ended questions.
4. I got a call from the internal recruiter asking for professional references.
5. I then went on somewhat of a tour of the on premise client.
5. A day after the plant walk through, I got a call with the job offer.
