I applied online through one of the search engines and a recruiter called and interviewed me over the phone. I got a one on one interview and then face to face with the client of the temping agency.

Pretty easy simple 3 step process, Recruiter interview first (phone) 2nd interview with supervisor (video) final interview with manager (video). Everyone was friendly and nice and I appreciated the opportunity.
