I did a phone interview and then a in person interview with a recruiter to tell them more about my background. Once they found me a position I interviewed at the company.

3 or 4 interviewers go in the room to interview you one-on-one. There is maybe a 5-minute break period between each interviewer. They all ask you varying questions, and you are free to ask them any questions about them or the company.
Because it was during covid, it was a video interview. Very standard interview questions. Multiple people were involved in the interview to ask questions. They asked questions about my lab experience in addition to questions about how I work with others in a collaborative setting.
