First interview is to get to know you as a person. Really dug into motivations and drive for your life decisions. Sometimes they go back to your middle school years. Just have a compelling life story stating a struggle and how you overcame it and you should be fine. Don't forget to say you LOVE sales as this is a SALES company.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
