Colloquio
After arriving to the office I had a quick, one-on-one interview. The process was relaxed and the interviewer was friendly. After interviewing I was immediately offered the position. There is a quick drug test in office.

Colloquio
I had a friend from college offer to set me up with his recruiter for a job and that was a Wednesday, I got a call on Thursday and was unable to return it until friday. They were really pushy about getting my references. On a Friday afternoon (not everyone checks their emails on an adternoon, particularly not college professors) and then pushed for an interview on Monday. So I had to scramble to get all my ducks in a row. Meanwhile not even having considered the cost it would take to relocate to a new city 3+ hours away and they wanted me down in 2 weeks for the job. I made it down for the interview and found it was a contract to hire position. I seemed to do well at the interview because I told them that I was worried about the relocation (cost and practicality) if I may not have a job in 6 months and have a year long lease to pay out. And they kept trying to convince me to take the job but my gut told me it's not the right one for me at this time. I had to cancel the second interview with the company and they seemed upset about that. Then I get a message about the interview from my friend who connected me with the recruiter. Asking more about the interview and said they called him and mentioned it to him. I found that extremely unprofessional. I tried to let them down easy and I kept trying to let them know that I wasn't sold on the position and they kept pushing me for it. And then go around and talking about it all to others in the company.... it went so far as me mentioning my other opportunities (with more money) and them trying to say like "oh isn't there trouble in that industry it seems really rocky these days". I just have a bad taste in my mouth about the whole thing. I was trying to maintain professional and honest about my doubts and they really kind of acted like toddlers about it by being short with me because I didn't want to waste anymore of their time...
They kept implying I would get the offer because I was the "perfect candidate".
