3 interviews: one with members of the IT LDP program, one with the program leader, and one with a director. Last interview was pushed back at the last minute multiple times.
After the last interview I was completely ghosted with no HR contact or way of following up. Completely disorganized company, would not recommend to any new grad that they should apply here.
Most companies I have applied to have two to three rounds of interviews happening on one or two days. This company, on the other hand, has four rounds, all on separate days. These people are not only indecisive, they will literally ghost you if you don't get the job. If I spent time and energy on a job posting, I expect the company I interviewed with to at least let me know if I didn't get the job. It takes three minutes, at most, to send a rejection email. Candidates, don't waste your time with this company.

I applied online and within a week was notified by email that a screening interview was required. The setup was easy and the interviewer called promptly. The whole screening interview was pretty short, just 15 minutes. Pretty casual, not too bad.
