I was asked to come on board after a phone screen. The questions were normal. Went through two interviews and one day before last interview was scheduled I was rejected with a silly reason. that was their reason "Kindly note that for this current position we are looking for candidates with more years of experience in web development." Didn't they notice my years of experience in (preinterview and 2 other interviews)? One day before the last interview they noticed my experience eventually?
