Typical (pre pandemic): Phone screening; Technical phone; All day, in person interview. In the end, I felt the company asked for much more out of me than it ever came close to returning. There was limited learned about the company or even what the company liked / disliked about my interview/ responses/ etc, while I seemed to always be on the side of explaining and responding, I’ve interviewed many, many times, and this was exceptionally the case (ie I even asked for feedback, and they never responded to email.. which was sort of the trend / vibe I caught the entire time).
