Had a screening call and legit never heard back from the recruiter. Whether or not it was a fit (I was highly qualified and they actually poached me from Linkedin) the recruiting process should not be ghosting candidates. The interviewer was not pleasant either.

Colloquio
First, I had a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager. Followed by a take home exercise. Finally, a 5 hour on-site including a 45 minute lunch with an Affirm-buddy.
