To be perfectly honest this was the best interview process I’ve ever taken part in. It was a long interview done panel style via Zoom, but it did not feel long. Each member of the panel was very engaged, and asked poignant questions. They also make space for you to ask them question because you are interviewing them as much as they are you. I think this approach is a great way to build comfort for both sides and encourages honesty.

In this interview, we selected the times that best suited out schedules. We were then given a brief description of who was going to be interviewing us and we were also given a few interview questions ahead of time.
