I went in for the first interview which was actually only a group presentation and I was then asked to come back the next day for a follow up. I sat in an empty room while the hiring manager gave the same presentation as the one I had yesterday in the room next to me. After waiting for him to finish up we commenced with the interview where I was asked about three questions.

I thought this was an excellent screening process. Questions were answered in detail. The job was fully explained. Nanette is funny, honest and was very open about what to expect. She also offered her phone number for follow up.
Super easy will get the job if you aren't dumb. Interview was virtually with the head guy at the department. Interview was maybe 10 minutes maximum. Don't be nervous by far the easiest interview I have ever done. The hardest part comes when you truly do the job

Group-style interview on Zoom where they explained how the job works. Everyone was able to introduce themselves and ask any questions they had. Manager called after the interview if they were interested in further pursuing you as an employee.
