Basically told me the pros/ and cons of the job, asked me basic interview questions, how I felt about cold calling, if I was comfortable with a computer, etc.

Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
